Exchanges

Every piece at Jour et Nuit is chosen and checked with care. To protect the quality and hygiene of our lingerie, we offer exchanges only. We do not offer refunds.

Exchange period: within 14 days of purchase or delivery for full-price items, and within 3 days for sale items (30 to 50% off). Clearance pieces at special low prices are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Christmas gifts bought in December can be exchanged until 10 January with the receipt.

Conditions: items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging, and with the receipt or order number. Items showing marks of perfume, deodorant, makeup or body lotion cannot be accepted. Every item is inspected before an exchange is approved.

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be exchanged: panties, briefs, boxers and thongs; bodysuits; babydolls and private lingerie; swimwear; tights and socks; scarves and foulards; jewellery and accessories. Bras may be exchanged if unworn. Lingerie sets can only be exchanged as a complete set, after inspection.

Store credit: if you do not find another piece you love, we offer a store credit valid for 3 months.

Online orders: bring your item to our boutique at 168 Makdessi Street, Hamra, Beirut, or we can arrange a collection by our delivery service at your cost.

Damaged or incorrect items: every piece is checked before it leaves the boutique. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it with the same item if available, or you may choose another piece or a store credit. In this case, delivery is on us.
